Founded in 2011 with the passion and the more than 50 years of combined experience of its founders, with headquarters in Miami, Florida USA, branches in Panama City, Panama and Bogota, Colombia.
Our aim is to supply cost-effective end-to-end technical solutions to companies and organizations for their communications and air surveillance needs. As well, we provide technical consulting, engineering and training services.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
Mark A. Simmons
CEO
Mr. Simmons has been with Venetic as one of the two founders since its inception in 2011, and has played a crucial role in transforming Venetic from a small start-up communications company to an end-to-end solution provider for both radar and telecommunications systems. Mr. Simmons started his career in the U.S. Army as a satellite communications Maintenance NCO and departed with ten years of service. He last served as the Director of Technical Services for a medium sized telecom company before taking charge as the CEO of Venetic.
His technical knowledge and business experience has been instrumental in successfully driving innovation and growth for the company. Mr. Simmons holds a Master?s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale Florida.
Alex McPhee
President
Beginning his technical career with the U.S. Army, Alex McPhee has held a wide range of positions including Operational, Maintenance, Design, Installation and Implementation of communications systems over the past 35 years. He has lead technical teams on diverse, ground up, communication network projects for foreign and domestic customers on almost every continent.
Mr. McPhee has held leadership positions for both small companies as well as sub-contractors of, and directly for, some of the largest government and military contractors in the world. Alex has been the President of Venetic, Inc., a Miami, Florida based communications and radar services, products and solutions provider since 2011 and has guided the Venetic growth into a multinational, multimillion dollar company.
Miguel Yate

Miguel Yate is a highly experienced strategic leader in the field of sales and business. He is a visionary and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in team management and the implementation of effective business strategies. With a deep understanding of the market and a solid grasp of commercial dynamics, Mr. Yate has the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to maximize revenue and profitability. He possesses excellent negotiation skills and establishes strong relationships with key clients and business partners, enabling him to secure strategic agreements and maintain a robust client portfolio. He fosters a high-performance environment and promotes innovation and excellence in all aspects of the commercial function.
Natalia Fracica
General Manager
Natalia has a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health Administration and holds a Master’s degree in Human Talent Management. She currently leads our branch in Colombia. She has a high level of emotional intelligence, effective communication, and a strong professional ethic, always prioritizing the well-being of our employees. Additionally, she demonstrates an innovative mindset, achieving effective resource management, and excels in strategic planning, negotiation, and delivering visible results in both customer satisfaction and organizational growth.
